Avocado oil is a deep green oil and has a nutty, mildly creamy and slightly fruity taste. In South Africa, the oil is extracted from the flesh of the avocado by cold pressing. For the purely mechanical processing only hand-picked, sorted and pre-matured avocados are used. Avocado oil has a high content of monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids.Suitable for: frying fish, meat & poultry, salads, vegetables, dips & dressings
